Consultation
We would like to meet the leadership of your organization and learn more about the current and upcoming programming in your community.
Program Evaluation
Following the consultation, we will conduct a Program Evaluation to measure the efficacy and effectiveness of your program.
Debrief & Plan
Following the evaluation, we will consolidate our findings and work with your organization to customize a plan (if needed) to reach your goals.
Final Report
Following the debrief, we will provide your leadership with a final report that can be used to set forth an agenda to execute the customized plan designed to move your organization closer to its goals.
